Your roster stays private.
Name previews run in your browser. We send the names and your selected dimensions to our order service only when you start checkout. Use only names you have permission to provide, and avoid unnecessary personal details.
The order service stores the entered names, template settings, an opaque order identifier, payment references and delivery/refund events so it can deliver and support the files. It uses Cloudflare hosting and order storage. Customer names and order records are excluded from the project's Git repository.
Your browser remembers a private checkout-recovery key and a fingerprint of the selected batch, without storing the roster names in that recovery record. This lets you reopen your last order or retry an interrupted checkout. Clearing browser storage removes this shortcut.
Whop processes checkout and may collect payment, contact and tax information under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store full card details. Names for the cutting templates are not included in checkout metadata.
Your private download link acts as an access key. Anyone you share it with can download that order and request a refund. Keep it private. Hosting and payment providers may retain operational security logs according to their own policies.
Optional measurement is off by default. If you enable it, we record a random identifier for this page visit, a broad source category and recognized campaign label, preview outcomes, calibration download clicks and checkout attempts. We can associate that identifier with the order to measure purchases and refunds. We do not collect roster names, raw search terms, full referring URLs or download keys in this measurement. Search terms we cannot observe remain unknown. The identifier stays in page memory and resets on reload. Uncheck the option to stop future measurement; earlier records are not automatically deleted. Payment, delivery and refund records remain necessary to service orders.
This pilot does not use advertising pixels or cross-site tracking. We use necessary operational records to check payment, delivery and refunds. Contact us through your Whop purchase for access, correction or deletion requests. Records required for payments, refunds or legal obligations may need to be retained.
